Amy-Lou is a qualified psychotherapist who offers creative psychotherapy tailored to each individual’s needs—whether you're an adult or a child, and whether you're navigating trauma, neurodiversity, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself.

There is no expectation to be “creative” here. Some people choose to explore through art or other creative tools, while others prefer to talk—and that’s absolutely okay. This is your space, and how you use it is entirely up to you.

Creative psychotherapy offers gentle, flexible ways to express and explore what you’re feeling, especially when words are hard to find. But for many, talking alone is what feels right, and that can be just as powerful.

Sessions are shaped around you—responsive, compassionate, and grounded in trust. Whether you're taking your first steps into therapy or continuing a path of self-discovery, you're welcomed just as you are.

How to Book 

To book a session or find out more, please get in touch directly by sending an email or message. From there, we can arrange a free 30-minute introductory call—an informal chat to help you ask any questions, get a feel for how therapy works, and decide whether it’s the right fit.

After the initial introductory call, if you feel comfortable moving forward, you can book a regular appointment time that suits you. Before starting therapy, you’ll be asked to complete a simple contract and referral form to help clarify expectations and ensure the best possible support throughout your healing journey.

Sessions are usually held on a weekly basis and last for 50 minutes. They take place in person at a quiet, comfortable therapy office in Bracknell, offering a private and welcoming space for both adults and children to explore their thoughts and feelings safely.
