Led by a qualified psychotherapist, this trauma-informed retreat offers a safe, soulful space to explore and heal the parts of you that carry shame, self-doubt, or feelings of unworthiness. Through therapeutic practices grounded in self-compassion and somatic awareness, you’ll begin to reconnect with your inherent value — just as you are.

Using guided reflection, gentle movement, and heart-opening ritual, you will come home to the love that’s always been yours.
