Led by a qualified psychotherapist, this full-day, trauma-informed retreat is designed to gently regulate your nervous system through a series of grounding, somatic, and breath-based practices. You’ll learn to recognize your stress responses, build inner safety, and access deep rest from the inside out.

Through slow, intentional movement, nervous system education, restorative breathwork, and therapeutic stillness, you’ll begin to rewire your body for peace.
