What's for Lunch? 

Join us for relaxed outdoor meals throughout the summer months. We’ll be serving up delicious picnic-style spreads featuring a selection of sandwiches, fresh salads, tasty picky bits, and a few sweet treats to finish things off.

We’re happy to cater to most dietary requirements—just let us know in advance so we can accommodate you.

What Should I Bring? 

To help you feel comfortable and supported throughout the day, we recommend bringing the following:

  • Comfortable clothing – Wear something you can relax and move freely in.

  • Warm layers – Meditations may involve stillness for extended periods, so bring a jumper, shawl, or warm socks to stay cosy.

  • Water bottle – Stay hydrated throughout the day.

  • Notebook and pen – For journaling, reflections, or anything you'd like to remember.

  • Any personal items that support your comfort – e.g., lip balm, tissues, or essential oils.

  • Yoga mat, cushion, blanket - Anything that will help you stay comfy throughout the day
